Our Latest Feature: Summary Check Required

Introduction:
In our continuous endeavor to enhance our financial data services, we are thrilled to introduce our latest feature: Summary Check Required.  This feature is designed to provide clarity on availability of the latest financials to our users when ordering InstaSummary Reports.

Steps in Brief:
  1. Identify Unavailable Data: The Summary Check Required feature indicates the financial year up to which the financial summary information can be expected in InstaSummary report even before making the payment.
  2. Proceeding with Orders: If users choose to proceed with placing an order despite encountering the "Not Available" status, they should understand that the report may not have financial summary data and in such instances no updated data will be provided, and refunds will not be issued.
  3. User Control: Users have the option to cancel their order if they encounter the "Not Available" status or if the financial year up to which the report may have the financials are not in line with the users' expectations.
Step-by-Step Guide:
Identify Availability of Data:
  1. Users will able to fetch the financial summary data availability / unavailability using this feature.
  2. Users will encounter the "Not Available" status when specific financial data is unavailable for a company.
  3. As per the below screenshot, the financials of the entity are updated up to FY 20-21 only.

Proceeding with Orders:
  1. Users should be aware that no updated data will be provided, and refunds will not be issued if they proceed with placing an order despite the "Not Available" status or if the financial year is not the latest. 
  2. As per the below screenshot, the financials of the entity are not updated or available.

User Control:
  1. Users have the option to cancel their order if they encounter the "Not Available" status, ensuring they have control over their data purchases by clicking on the Cancel button in the above screen.
  2. The information will be provided on the best effort basis.
  3. Please note that once the order is placed, refund will not be issued under any circumstances.
